At the farmers’ market in the Hollywood district of Portland, Oregon, the many organic farmers display a huge array of wonderfully fresh produce direct from the fields within only a few miles of the city. These carrots found at the market signify to me the relationship we must have with the food we eat, and the love we have for each other and our Earth.
