About an hour north of Auckland, New Zealand, in Warkworth, is the Brick Bay Sculpture Trail. Located on the grounds and vineyards of Brick Bay Wines, this contemporary sculpture park is one of the finest in the world, rivaling such luminaries as the DeCordova in Lincoln, Massachusetts or Kerguéhennec in Brittany, France. Artist John Reynolds, his New Zealand sense of humor bursting out, investigates the absurd using the language of typical road signs.
