Cutting the Corner
High above the intersection of SW Salmon Street and SW 9th Avenue in downtown Portland, Oregon, a huge salmon bursts through the corner of the brick building, having cut the corner from 9th onto Salmon a little too sharply. It is actually “Transcendence”, a bronze sculpture by Portland artist Keith Jellum.
