Almost at the end of a steep four-hour hike zig-zagging up from the floor of Zion National Park to Observation Point, we rested before making the last mile on the level top of the canyon. The view from our rest stop was pretty dramatic, the entire Zion Valley spread out below us, nearly a half mile down.
