Rotorua Sunset
Rotorua, on the banks of the lake of the same name, is a center of Maori culture as well as a major region of geysers, hot springs, boiling lakes, fumaroles, steam vents, and mudpots. Long a magnet for visitors from all over the world, its spas and bath houses date back to the 19th century. We spent a lovely calm evening in a guest house right on the shore of the lake.
