Hooker Valley Rainbow

Taking a day-hike in Aoraki National Park, we headed up the Hooker Valley Track to Hooker Lake at the outwash of the Hooker Glacier. Right at the foot of Aoraki (Mount Cook), the lake often has icebergs floating in it, having calved off the glacier at the far end of the lake. The weather for our hike was rather unsettled: rain, sun, violent wind, fog, clouds, a bit of everything. At the start of our trek, we were blessed with this wonderful rainbow.
