In tiny Santa Rosa, on the mountain road from Guanajuato to Dolores Hidalgo, north west of San Miguel de Allende, a ceramics factory displays some of its wares. This particular factory, Mayolica Santa Rosa, is famous for its gaudy overly decorated majolica ware ceramics, so these relatively simple planter pots were a welcome respite.
