Seen from New York’s High Line linear park, some of the city’s newest buildings in the Chelsea neighborhood are “up close and personal.” This building, between 24th and 25th streets faces 10th Avenue, but the backside, on the High Line, offers a good view of the surface texture of the metal cladding.
