A Pearl Window
In the Pearl District in downtown Portland, Oregon, many of the old warehouses and commercial buildings have been converted to high-end shops and luxury apartments, but a few of the old places still remain, reminders of the former grittiness of the neighborhood. One set of windows still had its old original hundred-year-old glass with all of its imperfections and wobbles. The reflections caught in such panes of glass are always fascinating to me, their randomness a constant source of visual wonder.
