The Eiffel Tower is one of the most recognized (and most often photographed) monuments in the world. It has been photographed in the sun, in the rain, on snowy days, on cloudy days, in the morning, and at night. I thought I would try something new, a series of images of the Eiffel Tower at dusk using a hand-held camera and a slow shutter speed. Twisting and moving the camera while the shutter is open creates a sweeping effect, the lights on cars and the Tower blurring into abstract streaks of light and color.
