Checkerboard Mesa

One of the most recognizable places in Zion National Park, Checkerboard Mesa is just inside the eastern edge of the park boundary along scenic Highway 9. We stopped here for a bit to enjoy the view and our picnic lunch before heading north to Bryce Canyon.
