Black Mountain

A rather iconic hill in Marin County north of San Francisco, Black Mountain sits just west of the Nicasio Reservoir (seen here) and just east of the town of Point Reyes Station. Sometimes called Elephant Mountain, although I have called it Fist Mountain, for obvious reasons, since I was a child, it is the most prominent feature in the area around the base of Tomales Bay.
