The Day of the Dead, November 1, is an extremely important day in Mexico, celebrated with parades, costumes, fireworks, church services, and the sale of all sorts of trinkets. These papier maché skeletons, a cute and cuddly family, were on display in La Esquina, Museo del Juguete Popular Mexicano, the wonderful toy museum on Calle Núñez in San Miguel de Allende.
